Questions about workout setup
I'm splitting my workout into a hybrid split. I'm 17 years old and starting to eat more to gain muscle as well as perfect my form.
Monday: Push + 20 mins cardio + abs
Tuesday: Pull + 20 mins cardio + abs
Wednesday: Legs + abs
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Upper + 20 mins cardio
Saturday: Lower+ 20 mins cardio
Sunday Rest
