    Exclamation Muscle imbalance

I just cannot make my upper left side of body as defined as right side. I noticed a few months ago that my upper left side like chest, bicep and tricep are lagging. My left triceps and biceps are noticeably smaller and a bit less defined while my left pec is actually a bit larger than my right but its almost not defined at all i cant see any lines like on my right pec. I tryed to train them a bit harder and did a clean bulk (it helped a bit but not much). Any help would be grateful because i no longer know what to do and no matter what i just cant contract them as hard as my right side body parts.

I was just watching a video by Jeff Nippard on that. Forum won't let me post the link, but search up "jeff nippard how to fix muscle imbalances" and you'll find it.

Yeah, try your workouts but instead of just doing it normally try using all your power on your left side! Once your happy with your body then try focusing one putting equal power in each arm. I'm probably wrong cause I am a new bodybuilder well I wouldn't even class myself as one cuz i have small muscle mass ,but hope you get to fix your problem soon.

Try iso-lateral exercises and do more reps/sets on the weaker side. I do this in combination with my other lifts.

Like if i do bench my left pec is weaker. So I do my bench routine of 5x5

And then I do dumbbell press only the left side. 5x5

I wouldn't recommend cutting out your compound movement exercises because you will lose a lot of strength
