    Something new (tips?)

Alright, so I’m fine with where my physique is at. Lifting is just part of my daily routine. I do not really care about aesthetics. All I want is to maintain what I have now...while at the same time getting back into running. I used to be a big runner during my time in the military; however, I’ve gotten lazy with it. Has anyone else put more focus on running while maintaining their physique successfully? Any tips are much appreciated! (Obviously eat more)

Do you have a running goal in mind? You can probably do a full body routine twice weekly and maintain where you are at.

Nothing too specific. Just miss running. Trying to get back to 3-5 miles 5 days per week. Used to do about double that while lifting 5 days per week, but I’m a bit bigger now and plan on keeping my size

3-5 miles is not going to interfere with your recovery/lifting at all if you are doing that at a somewhat comfortable pace. You can lift any way you'd please while running 3-5 miles daily and you'll be fine.
