    I get several labs checked weekly and am monitored very carefully. (Also blood glucose, heart rate and BP sent to team) etc...



    Breakfast: Double Protein Shake and 1 Tablespoon of Peanut butter.

    Lunch: Double Protein Shake and 1 Tablespoon of Peanut butter.

    Dinner: Double Protein Shake and 1 Tablespoon of Peanut butter.

    I drink 2 Liters of water daily (minimum). I also take many different supplements for example electrolytes, multivitamins, fish oil, potassium and just so many others.


    Again do not even think of trying my diet. It is all well calculated for my own body. I am Very carefully monitored. One of the people in my team works closely with Christian bale and his extreme temporary diets.

    I had no gastric bypass. I just told my doctor I wanted to lose weight as fast as possible. He first gave me a normal 2,000 calorie diet and I told him I want to go very extreme and that the cost did not matter.     My blood sugar was one day at 550 and my vision was very blurry. I remember having to put my phone literally 1 inch from my eyes to focus on each letter. This is the main reason I decided to lose weight as fast as possible.

    After that I knew I had to lose weight. 15lbs more and I am at the weight I was when I was 25 years old at my prime.

    My blood sugar was one day at 550 and my vision was very blurry. I remember having to put my phone literally 1 inch from my eyes to focus on each letter. This is the main reason I decided to lose weight as fast as possible.

    After that I knew I had to lose weight. 15lbs more and I am at the weight I was when I was 25 years old at my prime.

    My max blood sugar level is now at 115 after eating a meal (1 cheat meal every 10 days. A steak and broccoli).
