Hello fellow gym bros! So I have recently started training 3 months ago.
My questions are:
How do you know you have enough ab development to see them when you drop weight? Like can just feel them under the fat? I know everyone has abs if they drop to a body fat low enough, but i'm talking about how do I know if i don't have the skinny pair of abs the skinny bros have?
What body fat percentage do you guys think i'm around?
I'm 5'9

I'm just wondering if I were to drop 10-14 lbs would that be good? Considering I have enough energy in the gym. Thank you gym brahs!
