^^^ This. "Hitting the gym" doesn't make you bigger, only EATING makes you bigger.
Most naturals can't build more than about 2 lbs of muscle in a month, and even that would be only under perfect conditions. More than likely you would struggle to even gain 1 lb of muscle in a month. So if you're bulking in 3 months you should have gained no more than about 6-8 lbs, if you gained more than that its because you are eating too much. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

I have only gained around 5kg of pretty lean mass not been hugely bulking that's why I was confused I have them over my upper pecks towards my armpit
I was 70kg now I'm around 75-76
I peaked around 82kg before I stoped going to gym few years back but never voted any stretch Mark's back then
Do have little extra fat but that's around stomach or thighs not where the stretch marks are
I have lifted in the past but only recently started again after maybe a 3 year breakLast edited by dylanstephens54; 01-12-2020 at 05:52 PM.

Meh, my body gets stretch marks so easily, i'm riddled with them especially around my shoulders and inner armpit, and these ones were not a result of fat gain, perhaps because i was chunky at the time and gained some noob gains, but they're pretty drastic and purple and I've had them for years now. One day they'll stop being purple and i'll be ok, but for now i'm just thankful they're not visible unless my arms are up.
