Anyone have this prob? Use to when I took creatine or a pretty workout with creatine. About a week or two deep when I played basketball I’d get a pump in my lower back. Like big time pump/tightness. I’d have to lay down for it to go away. Once I quit taking everything for a little bit it would go away. Recently when I tried again it got worse and worse. To the point just walking would give me a pump. And I’ve been off for two weeks and it’s still not gone yet. I’ve read it could be creatin build up from creatine? Water retention? Dehydration? If it was one of the three how exactly would you be able to tell?? I mean can you actually be dehydrated that long? Or can the creatin levels stay that high?? Any info would help.

Answer these questions. How much creatine are you taking daily? How much water are you taking in daily? What is your potassium/salt intake like? In general what is your fruit/veggie intake daily? How much do you sweat daily, how vigorous is your exercise daily?
