Hello everyone, I would like to know how I can minimize the effect of the fat? I weigh 121 lbs and height of 5.4 feet, Please suggest me what can be done to make my body fit and running. Thank you!

Minimize the affect of fat? Like minimize how the calories from fat affect body composition or minimize the affect βfatβ on your body has on getting fit or toned
Honestly if this is the first time your getting into the gym I wouldnβt worry about fat too much. You will see results just from a consistent routine at the gym. Start there for a couple months to a few and then start to make adjustmentsSuperHercules crew
