i'm confusing myself
i have caffeine 200mg pills and planning to buy creatine powder and theanine for crash/jittery from caffeine
but
C4 Extreme have creatine 1g+beta alanine+tyrosine+200mg caffeine..
i thought to do that: C4 extreme + theanine 200mg capsule + creatine 3-5g powder
or
200mg caffeine+200mg teanine and 5g creatine powder? if i find free allergen (allergic to treenuts/dairy)
almost all products proceeds in allergen facility :/

Do you crash from caffeine or is this something you read online and are trying to combat?
Creatine can be taken at any point during the day. If you like C4 Extreme and it works for you, then use that. If you need to add theanine (@ 2:1 ratio) then do that and try it out for a workout. You are your own test subject.. find what works for you.

i read that on internet about crash and etc, so i think maybe i have it too, because after i read i started to notice i'm mostly restless after coffee...
i will try caffeine+theanine.
about creatine, Cellucor CN3 good? i'm asking about cellucor because it's allergen free
