Question No results after taking supplements

I have been working out from last 18 months and taking 3 supplements.
    Creatine
    Whey protein
    BCCA
I have seen no result and I am above 40 years and struggling to lift weights.
I have seen no results in my shape and muscle gain. I feel more tired after workout.
Even if try to lift more weight I pull my muscles.

If you guys can recommend me some test booster which can help me to push more weights or any other supplements which can help me to get in shape and build more muscle.

I hope someone can recommend me some supplements and how much, how long and when to take.

The Big Three are nutrition, routine, rest. Supplements are at most icing on the cake (cake composed of those three previously mentioned layers)

Height, weight, calories per day, protein per day, bodyweight changes over those 18 months?

    Routines run?

    Sleep per day?

    Be.
    Do.
    Have. -Robert K.

Focus on the 'Be' first and foremost.
BE the person with the right mindset and skills.
Then, Do baby steps to adjust yourself from who you want to be. (Proper Nutrition and Routine like @Farley stated)
Have accountability. And supplementation for what you are lacking.

You can add a quality multi-vitamin and foods that are rich in zinc and magnesium. Zinc and magnesium are key minerals to help your body create it's own testosterone.

Honestly, skip the booster and stop adding supplements for right now.
If you aren't seeing results after 18 months, then you need to modify your diet and/or workout routine.
Once you get those dialed in, then I would worry about supplementation.

There really aren't enough details in your post to understand your situation but, and even though it may be hard to hear.. Supplements aren't the start to end solution for putting on size and gaining strength.

The way you frame this post makes me feel like you really rely on supplements to get the changes you're looking for. What you really should be focusing on is

    1. Maintaining a caloric surplus
    2. Following a good routine with progressive overload
    3. Getting enough rest

It sounds like I'm regurgitating an earlier post but these are 3 of the most important factors for gaining size and strength. Supplements have their place but do not replace any of the 3 above points.
The only way to do something is to do it

Focus on eating a clean varied diet balance in protein, carbs, and fats. Avoid too much protein as excess is converted to ammonia and can hinder liver function over time.

Because supplement are the biggest scam out there. Just eat real whole foods for nutrition.

    Preworkout blueberries, amirite?

OP, BCAAs are pointless if you're meeting your macro and redundant as hell if you're using protein powder.

Protein power is not magic muscle fertilizer, it's just powdered food that you can use to help meet your macros if you need the help.

Creatine is great, but like most newer folks you're overestimating it's value. It's great, but again, not magic. Maybe an extra rep or two versus not using.

Supplements don't make nor break success. You're lacking success because either your diet sucks or your training is bad. A "test booster" is not going to fix your issues.

If your diet and training suck, no supplement in the world is going to fix that.

    OP,

You've been training for 18 months and your title reads, No results after taking supplements

This sounds like a bigger issue than supplements, how often are you training? and after 3 months you should of seen some improvements
