    Having trouble doing Rdl’s

    Just started going back to the gym I’m following fierce 5 but I’m noticing that whenever I do Rdl’s I don’t feel my right hamstring I feel my right hip being usedand don’t feel my right hamstring at all. I do feel my left hamstring being used though.

    I notice that when I stick my right foot further than my left I begin to feel my right hamstring more but I can imagine how bad that is for imbalances

    If you're concerned about imbalances, there is the single leg rdl.

    Watch this video, check your form, and see if the problem continues. If so, single leg RDLs might be better for you for now as you may have some kind of imbalance.
