    Visible Xiphoid Process??

    Hey all,

Recently I've stared noticing more and more a small bony lump just below my sternum, right in the middle of my chest. I believe this is called the Xiphoid Process??? If it is, it's starting to become quite noticeable and I was wondering if there is anyway to make is less noticeable?

Yes, that's what it's called. I have that too. I guess it just sticks out on some people more than others. Probably losing body fat would make it more visible. Perhaps someone else knows whether developing chest and abdominal muscles would make it less prominent as this is something I have been wondering about also.
