    Cool Is this too much???

    So I have worked out for around 4-5 years since I was 16 in high school. I've been taking pre workout ever since, cycling off at least twice throughout the year. I always have my ON whey protein since I was 18 and been taking 2.5 scoops every day consistently. I felt that I've kind of platou'd recently and decided to take some vitamins that could aid in my growth. Nothing extreme, but my question is am I taking too much? Or am I the healthiest man alive? I've been intermittent fasting to go with everything as well and I am 21 now.

    I take
    600 mg Ashwaghanda root extract. ( ALL FROM WALMART... ;/ )
    550 mg fenugreek extract
    500 mg ginger root extract
    2500 UI vitamin D3
    25 mg Zinc
    1000mg Fish oil
    3g creatine ( included in pre)(cuz i don't wanna push it)
    1 Apple Cider Vinegar Capsule

    and occasionally 500 Vitamin C

    I drink a lot of water everyday as well, probably 10 water bottles.

    SO is preworkout, protein , and these supplements in some way affecting me in some hidden ways. Cause I feel great, I indeed am the healthiest man alive.

    I'd be a little wary of the herbal supplements from Walmart, cheaply sourced herbal ingredients can either not meet labels claims or heavy more heavy metals

    Focus on quality supplements (reputable sources)..."The dose is the poison." Everyone will have different metabolic rates, so toxicity will depend on the current state of body.
