Just lost 66 lbs. Time to hit the gym.

Hello guys, just wanted to introduce myself.

I just lost 66 lbs (going from 216 lbs to 150 lbs) by doing cardio and going on a diet. I'm 6'3 so I'm pretty skinny(fat) atm.
All this time I didn't hit the gym and now I realize this was a mistake. I didn't only lose a lot of fat but also muscle mass.
I have really small shoulders, small chest and a small waist which makes my hips look wide (as you see in my pics)

I'm planning on starting the Fierce 5 novice routine next week. Seems like a good choice to you guys?
Also, what would be my body fat % to your best guess? Wondering for while so I should let this check asap.

    Thanks for the feedback!

Do your best to follow a routine which incorporates full body workouts. You'll notice gains relatively soon. Also recommend a light surplus on your diet (100-200kcal). At 150lb, it just looks like your muscles are very underdeveloped. So the fact that you've lost weight from 216lb will probably help see some definition as you get yourself to the gym. Don't lose motivation, you made a decent choice!
