    Deadlift Form

Second time deadlifting since being back in the gym. How is my form in the first 1-2 reps of this video, I know it goes to **** pretty quickly. Just curious to see if I've lost my semi-decent form.

    Any pointers appreciated

Not a great angle. It looks like you're setting up with your hips too low.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

Formerly LactoseTolerant. I'm not very imaginative.

You are putting too much weight bro,
reduce some and your position will automatically be corrected

Will get a better angle on my next session including a deadlift Thank you tho, I just focus on squeezing my lats and keeping the bar close to shins.

How can i progress to heavier weights if I dont know how to fix my form if it goes wonky, I mean it may be corrected by having 100kg on the bar but surely I can just tweak the form on a similar weight to this?
