    Planning on cutting, am I big enough?

    Back in the gym after 1 month break, however been bulking for 6 months ish, very much a gym noobie ATM.

    Did I overdo this bulk lmao?

    Keep bulking, just maybe cut back the food if you're that concious of the bit of fat your carrying. Aim to eat clean and I'd say gain 1lb a week, probably would minimise some fat loss. At our age, it is pointless cutting if you're not excessivley overweight.

    Alright cool, currently in a 500 surplus, was gaining around 1lb per week when I was hitting the gym.

    Carry on the good work then mate. Do it until you feel uncomfortable with a bit of excess fat then just hold back a bit, maybe try going maintanance for a few weeks. Just by training properly again I feel in better shape if you get what I mean.

    Personal preference really. He could maintain and try to recomp or continue with his bulk. But OP is soft and any correct resistance training will make his body look better.

    You are getting fat, just cut calories less fat daily, increase Protein intake... În my pick i am 180 lbs Same height as you, i have a small frame tho

    You are self conscious OP, don’t worry about if you over did the bulk or not. I don’t think you kept track of your macros properly if you are getting tubby but I personally don’t think you are close. No reason to cut you’ll just be a skelly no offense because you don’t have much fat to cut in the first place. Like one guy said if you do feel self conscious than just eat “healthy” style of foods so that you feel better about yourself but I’ll say just track your macros and lower your surplus to 200. If you feel bad take a multi lol. You look fine imo don’t cut. Lift heavy too.
