    My six meals for yesterday

So yesterday Jan 6th 2020, I started eating 6 meals a day, now mind you this is not a lot but considering when I was going through my ordeal I wasn't eating at all. I would go 1 to 2 days without eating and when I did it it would be just dinner that my wife cooked.

Since I started training in Sept of 2019 I started eating 2x a day, lunch and dinner and my body started responding. Now that I am starting to eat 6 times a day my body should start to respond some more.

1st meal 1 cup of oatmeal in whole milk, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 2 boiled eggs

2nd meal, Bowl of pasta, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup yogurt, 1 banana, water

3rd meal Tuna fish in whole wheat, glass of milk

4th meal, two 8 oz grilled chicken, 2 red potatoes, mixed vegetables,

5th meal, Protein shake in whole milk, peanut butter and a banana

6th meal, Grilled porkchop, raw baby carrots and broccoli, water.

    Just sharing my diet.

According to the beer and wine journal (what better source of unbiased scientific literature on the subject ) hops DON'T cause moobs (man boobs) or mess about with estrogen levels. https://beerandwinejournal.com/ipa-boobs/

So as a post workout recovery drink (water, simple carbs) there's few things better than beer.

Now to keep up with the current marketing BS, I need to brand it as "Sports Beer" and include the word "functional" in a prominent place on the front of the can. Do you think big chain gyms would stock it in vending machines?
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
Diet restarted, target 69.x Kg, progress poor so far :(
