Saturday: RPm and Calves
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Wednesday April 1st: Small workout at home for first time.
Wednesday April 1st
Like everyone. Missing the social connection and purpose Bodybuilding gives.. I never taken weeks off in 25 years of training. Never hear me say " I am getting back into it." I hate that... Unless broken wrist or torn Shoulder. Even then I found ways to train.
No need to eat much at all. No need to fuel workouts or recover from them... Wearing 3 sets of clothes per day. Always making sure look your best when go out.
Should have bought weights when Canada and USA shut their gyms 2 weeks before ours. Be prepared. Now cannot get for love or money.
After not being able to source any weights in retail stores or in second hand marketplaces online.
Work with what I have > 1997 > 16kg dumbbells.
Dumbbell curls
1/ 1x10 right struggles but no pain. Just not smooth.
2/ 1x10
3/ 1x10 force last rep on right.
Did one set of Tricep Extensions and Shoulder Press. Feels weird without a mirror to study what I am doing.
Hammer curls out to front. Not across body
1/ 1x10 fail
2/ 1x10
3/ 1x10 fail each time.
Try front raises for Shoulders: 1x3 right... 1x4 left but cannot get up past 75%
Shrugs with dumbbells tipped to floor.
1x25
1x25
1x30
Wrist curls: on edge of table.
1x5 left 1x4 right1x7 left 1x6 right
Rear delts
Head perfect on edge of seat.
1x20
1x25
1x25 feels good. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. Gyms closed 23 March till 5th June. 11 weeks
Goodlife open first: World gyms charging $10 for 55 mins.. Mine not open. till 13th.
Been doing Dana Linn Bailey workouts. Managing with 2 16kg dumbbells/ Bands and Acro prop.
No train Legs at all.. Just once after gyms closed.
Cardio 5 days a week.. Excessive bodyfat gained. I think rebelling against fasted cardio for too long. Need to do unfasted for a few weeks.
Plus 15 hours less activity every week from no gym minus home workout time of usually 1 hour. 4-5 times per week....so 10 hours missing.
Not even going near scales. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard.
