12th year of writing journals on here:
2019: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=176630551
Last 4 years have been in middle of prep at this time of year. August 31st 2019: Snapped Supraspinatus tendon in right shoulder. Still recovering. 7 kilo's lost.

No chance of doing a February/March show: Vowed never to compete again after being the best guy on stage in 2019.
As always titles of my journal are Dj Promo Track titles. This year is the same. Added with my own version of Miss K8 Masters of Hardcore lyrics
Another fantastic Dj Promo Track: Work Ethic: Sampled from Will Smith motivational speeches.
The separation of talent and skill
Is one of the, the, the greatest misunderstood concepts
For people who are trying to excel
Who have dreams, that want to do things
Talent you have naturally
Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours
Of beating on your craft
Where I excel is ridiculous sickening work ethic
You know, while the other guy is sleeping, I'm working
While the other guy is eating, I'm working
I realized that
When you take to handle the level of success that I want to have
It's difficult to spread it out and do multiple things
It takes such a desperate, obsessive focus
And you got to focus with all of your fiber and all of your heart
And all of your creativity
There's a certain delusional quality
That all successful people have to have
He who says he can, and he who says he can't
Are both usually right

2020: Past to the Present:Become a Visionary. The world never saw him coming
The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Tuesday: BacK: Late: Very hot day. Not want to go earlier.
2 hours: 6.0Km walk: Venmans: After torrential downpour yesterday and 171mm on Friday night. Streams flowing everywhere. Not seen before. 2 metres wide over riverbanks at Plateau end.
Flowing over all roads.... Bubbling waterfalls along the road to the main one. Then walk down the side and could not stop. SO might as well walk over to Venmans main park and found everything full and flowing. 15 min chat to Park Ranger. I knew more about the area than him. Soaked so hot. But not feel the hunger. Just so happy to see this finally back to normal. 2 years waiting it feels like.
