So let me start off this new thread.
This was my Meatless Monday dinner. Steamed marinated beets, pecans and Brazil nuts, garlic stuffed olives, a big green salad, berries, goat cheese, and a triple creme soft ripened cheese called St Angel. And carbs.
I'm also experimenting with an air fryer. It reheated these frozen vegetarian samosas real fast.

Yes! We've needed a new thread for a long time.
Last night's dinner (do not bother to click for high-resolution)
Chaffle (1/2 c shredded mozzarella, 1 egg, 1 sliced scallion in a mini waffle maker) pepperoni, bacon, spinach, avocado and a bunch of veggies on the side.
I want an air fryer so bad but I'm on a no-buy for kitchen gadgets for a while.

Your keto stacker looks good. Bacon, pepperoni, and guacamole is a bold combination.
So far the air fryer is a bit silly. It is okay for one or two people, but too small for more than that. This is a large one, and it only does ten wings at a time, for instance. I'm going to keep flogging it, though.
They're just convection ovens anyway. Most people would probably be much better served getting a good $200 counter top convection oven that can accommodate two racks of food or a whole chicken. The one Emeril sells actually looks pretty good.Heterologously Vaccinated Superior Race Crew

In on 1st page.
Dish called Mantoo (muntu). It's steamed beef & leeks filled dumplings sitting on top of some greek yogurt with lentils and herbs on top.
This is a cup of soup we had at some restaurant we went to go date night. Pic came out pretty so here it is.

Instant Pot cauliflower and butter chicken with a cilantro salad
I am Fatty McFaterson over here Skin is glowing though, barely needed any moisturizer this morning!
I feel like I'd only use it for 1-2 people anyway. Alternatively, I've been looking at Samsung oven porn. Do I need an $8,000 oven with dual convection?

Husband's dinner last night: chicken wings, baked potatoes with cheese and pesto, spiced brussel sprouts and some bread I had laying around.

^^^Killer. I love roasted brussel sprouts.
That sounds lovely! Right now, I'm in the market for new appliances and trying to decide if I need a wall double oven, single with convection, separate range, etc. I anticipate having company over enough times that a double oven would be worth it and maybe a 6 top range. Just noodling on lots of ideas right now. Do I need it? Of course not, I manage just fine in the humble little space I'm in currently, but I'm in the kitchen enough that I don't mind spending a bit on the good stuff.

Late tradie lunch from the gas station.
They are a little bougie but like you said, worth it. I'll make a decision in the next few weeks. Smoked salmon looking great. Do you grow your own chives?
That looks great! Anything cheesy I'm all about.
Cooking blogs always give me great ideas for meals, as well as a few subreddits. Do you peruse any cooking blogs? I'm always looking for new ideas, too.

You can always ask people for the recipes of stuff that looks particularly good to you. I'm sure a lot of these are just stuff that's kind of thrown together.
Now that's breakfast.Last edited by redraider86; 01-10-2020 at 01:17 PM.

Prepared 48 dumplings (this is the 1st batch)
Gourmet Cookie Making Attempt (fail with ****ty pans)
1st Attempt went ok.
These would have been perfect if they didnt run together in the middle. The dough balls slid to the middle from the outside, due to warped pan.
The way you make these is after the dough is made, you ball them up in 100 g balls and put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes
You put in the oven at 350, after 8-10 minutes you open up the oven and pick the pan up 4 inches and drop it (spreading the outside, why you have the crinkles) the inside bakes slower since it is a big ball. So at the end, the outside is wavy and crisp, whiel the inside is soft.Misc Pizza King:

So my brother recently gave me 18 lbs of beef, so I wanted to try making beef dumplings (usually I use pork).
So the filling is:
1 lb Ground Beef
6 Chopped Dried Mushrooms (reconstituted)
Spoiler!
2 Fine chopped Scallions
2 tsp Grated ginger
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Cooking Wine
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp PepperMisc Pizza King:
