Yes, absolutely! I have anxiety/depression and riding takes it all away. I usually multi task and think very fast. When I ride, it’s like everything slows down and I feel peace inside.

Hoping to start going to track this year for total nirvana lol

I've been wanting to get a bike again for a long time. Used to have a ninja 250. Sold it because I needed the money...regret it. Don't know if I'll be able to afford one this year either :/

    Get an Airbag Jacket LOL.

You don't have to get a motorcycle. A fast sporty loud car would give you about 80% of the same feels. Try to find some windy roads. Places like California got it made

I've been wanting a motorcycle for the longest, got my license 2 years ago

This except I don't plan on tracking anytime soon. I need a trailer for my bikes.

I can confirm riding helps my mental health , but I did a different kind of riding .
I prefer dirt bikes and exploring trails . We have a lot of areas that we’re familiar with that go from one mountain range to the next , and I like to ride as hard as I can if I know the terrain .
I wear full body armour and always like to ride on the edge , more or less dodging trees by mere inches at high speeds .
Once I quit dirt biking my mental well being went for chit ,and I really never knew how much riding actually helped till I quit.
Imo I will never be the same .
I was going to get into skydiving with a WingSuit ,but it’s too dam expensive.

I never got the same buzz from a quad . There’s just something about a narrow light weight bike with 2 stroke engine between your legs.
You get that become one with the machine type feeling
