Hi!
Hitting the gym for the last 6-7 months, 13-15% body fat, 75kg, 3-4 days a week.
Lately, I tried to consume around 2000 calories (don't want to gain weight) with ~140g protein and 300g carbs. I find it very difficult to get to the 140g proteins because I mostly eat legumes and dairy products. I feel like I can't eat more, would it make sense to just buy supplements and fill the proteins with them?

Whole foods are always best but if you've exhausted all options with an honest effort, yes, supplement with supplements

You sure you don't want to gain weight?
At any rate, this is a reasonable place to use a protein powder to supplement and hit your daily protein goal. There are tons to choose from, I'd start with
bodybuilding.com Signature in birthday cake or chocolate flavor
PES Select
Gaspari Precision
Universal Animal Whey
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey (extreme milk chocolate by default, some flavors are no-go)
