    30-40 gram carbs

    Can I lose weight and stay in Ketosis if I eat 30-40 grams of carbs? Im obese trying to lose weight. I love eating lots of vegetables and salads which can make me go over 30 grams of carbs

    Whether you eat 10 or a 100 gram carbs: you always lose weight when you're in calorie deficit.

    There's no need to stress about the exact number of carbs. Vegetables are healthy and filling, keep eating plenty of them.
