    I'm weak. Time to get strong.

    So I've been spinning my wheels for a while in the lifting world and I think I'm finally mentally ready to take on the road ahead to get where I want to be.

    Current stats: About to turn 29, 6'2", 187 lbs, 12-13% BF
    Current lifts (1rm)

    Bench - 235
    Squat - 275
    Deadlift - 335

    I'll be following a number of different things to get there, but goals are below while staying below 200 lbs, 14% BF

    Bench - 275 (I have a bum rotator cuff so my focus won't be to improve this too much as much as much as it will be to not get injured)
    Squat - 405
    Deadlift - 500

    Right now, I've set my timeline to be March 2022. I'll be updating in here every month or so with the current workout program and the current stats, but I'll hop in here often to answer any questions or criticisms. Let's get it done.

    Side physique goals will be to get to 195, 11% BF by March 2021, and 198, 10% BF by March 2022. According to every calculation out there, that goal is literally impossible with my tiny wrists and ankles, but screw it, I'm going to try.
