    Liver & Fish Carbs?

    Do I count Carbs of food like Liver, Shrimp, and Eggs?

    I eat Liver once a week and its extremely high in carbs, so should I calculate it?

    I dont know, its weird counting carbs from meat lol

    I saw a video on youtube saying we should eat liver on Keto but dont count its carbs, so I wanted to make sure.
