Went to start "BtM" but I'm in no way ready to for any real workouts, still not feeling great so just doing light/easy workout although as a mini version of what I should have been doing for BtM, I suppose it's an extra week 0 on the schedule before week 1?

Felt really good for whatever reason last night. Previous PR was 160, so I went for 170 and it was easy.
Rested, added 10 lbs, and again it went up nice and smoothly. Added 5 more pounds for a bodyweight PR. Almost didn't get this one.

Edit: looked like hitting target by end of year was going to be so easy, but with gyms closing etc I'm no longer sure what the odds of making up all the pounds is going to be

I feel like most of my pressing is going to happen by handstand pushups and elevated feet pike push ups. Is there any good way to count these?
I did 4 sets of 5 handstand push ups and 2 sets of 10 elevated feet pike push ups.
I also did get a few presses in with my wife's power blocks:
