Hi everyone, I am restarting training so this contribution is pretty meagre. I'm a shadow of OHP'ing self compared to say the start of March. Back then I felt comfortably on-track to go for strict OHP at >= bodyweight by or before 1st Aug. How that dream crashed!

I've done a few odds and ends to get my arms working again. Currently doing 5*5 @ 40Kg (compare to 73kg bodyweight and weep ) 3 times a week to remind my body, but I am not rushing to steamroll progress, I want to let it go really slowly to solidify any gains.
A few workouts in the last few weeks

    +14,190 = 2383084
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.

Another keep arms moving session, rather than big workout. 20*5, 30*5, 40*5*5 - 1,250kg. The guy in the rack after me pressed his top set 5 at 80kg making it look like an empty bar. Good for him, wish I could!

Sorry folks, my gym is closing in 1 hour's time - untill further notice (no known reopening date). Looks like that's all I can contribute this year. You'll have to OHP for me..

Upping my pressing to twice a week now. Starting with a deloadish week, only 2 sets.

High rep day where I decrease the load by 10% and go for 2 RIR for each set and AMRAP for the final set. I think the set-to-set fatigue I accrue from pressing is pretty high.

Yeah, completely busted the original 2020 0000 lbs goal. Good work people. Let's all hope for a much more productive 2021
    Happy New Year everyone
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
