OHP came after 5 hard sets of Chin Ups today, so it's not surprising my performance was down:

7. It's been 8 days since I trained (quick vacation and time pressure) so my OHP is one increment less than last time. Regression is the reward for inconsistency!

8. I'm starting to do a few warmup reps OHP on my non OHP days as I'm slowly increasing volume in my drive to go back to pre COVID lifting. 5*20, 4*30, 10*37.5kg

25. My next OHP session is Monday, maybe around 3,000 pounds. There's a heads up if it turns out I stole the glory.

I'd guess we might do almost 2,520,000 by 31 Dec. That's a lot of OHP. Think I recall 2 years ago in the squat thread we squatted over 4,000,000. To get even a little close to that with OHP is something.

EC G is due to add about 3,000 tomorrow (and his timezone is ahead of most of us) so that's going to take us to 2018 something, it'll only take 1 more workout beyond that break 2020? I'm hoping to do about 7,000 on Tuesday, but I'll probably be too late to be the jackpot winner
