70 pounds, 10 reps, 6 sets.
70*10*6 = 4,200
+ 4,200 = 308,816
EDIT: I forgot, I did one more set of 10, with 60 pounds.
+ 600 = 309,416
I haven't been logging my workouts, but instead of logging them retroactively I'm gonna start now.
Hey, how long after a set am I supposed to be ready to lift again? How long after a set are my arms supposed to not feel numb? I think something might be wrong with my recovery. I can do a set of 10 reps with strict, clean form. No swaying or anything. But I need to rest for a while after. Longer than you might expect.

Depends on your goals
So if you train for endurance you'll tend towards lighter weight, more reps and shorter recovery between sets
If you train for strength you'll train heavier with fewer reps and longer rests between sets
To a certain extent you get used to how you train, so if you only train strength style, for months at a time, you'll get used to longer rests and need more time to recover in general. But if you've adapted to high rep shorter rests, 90 second rest will feel like loads of time.
The way I'm training currently I'm resting about 2 minutes between sets. If it was a set of 5 or a heavy single doesn't make much difference, I still feel I need about 2 mins.Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.

Just being nosy
I'm guessing there's some warm-up and warmdown included (and having that gymnastics background your shoulders are probably made from cast iron) but doing a division of 64 (8*8) into that you must be pushing some seriously heavy weight for 8. You've gotta be at least 60kg working set, maybe more? What are you pressing there?
