150 was my working weight that day, I did 3 sets of it. Everything else was for warmup sets. Here's my workout log that day:

Tom, good idea to start this goal again. Last year, the thread got a lot of enthusiasm at first, and then almost everyone dropped off. When I set the goal, I figured about 7-8 dedicated pressers would log consistently. Hopefully this thread will see more success.2020 maxes

Finally got to the gym. A little bit of barbell strict OHP to get the shoulders moving again

40, 3 warmup 5 warmdown, 8 - 320
50, 2 warmup 5/4/3/3/3 volume, 20 - 1000
60, 1 rep, easing back into it, 1 - 60

I've decided to do a less bench and more OHP. So now OHP'ing 3 times a week.That said some of these will only be very minor and just going through the motions.
Not sure how to balance the volume so I don't overdo it and crash/burn in a few weeks. Taking it really easy and will dial up the weight and volume little by little over time. Here's a micro OHP workout that replaces my last bench set (which would have been a light AMRAP). (20kg 5 sets 10)
