I forgot to post yesterday. Somehow I lost 1.2 pounds in 2 days... So I don't expect any major loss for next week while my body evens out.

My wife and I lost weight and then yo-yo’d like so many do. I’ve always done my best on these threads because it’s like a weird accountability for me.
So here we go. Starting at 285. Goal for 2 months will be 265. Perhaps a little aggressive but I know the first week or so will be fast.

Happy Thursday everyone, I hope you all have had a good week and worked hard!
I'm very curious how this week will go for me. Last Friday I ended my keto run and am slowly reintroducing complex carbs (I've felt like Superman in the gym this week, lol). Hopefully I wont blow up with water weight, but we'll see tomorrow!

Been on point calorie wise and was able to get in 3 gym sessions the last week of hard lifting. Calories have been perfect all week and it felt good getting back to the lifts that have me feeling stronger overall (both mentally and albeit in the moment physically). Excited to see the weigh in this week .

Wow! What a loss this week! -9.5lbs since Jan 1 or -6.5lbs from the last weight in!! Got back down to my pre holiday weight and then some!! Managed to hit the gym three times and going tonight. Diet on point, low carb and I didn't even fast this week. I feel lean as hell! Abdomen is starting to shape up and melt slowly!! Welcome to all the new members and keep it up everyone!!
