Finally woke up this morning both hungry and feeling way better. The slow down in weight loss is just a blip to me. Now that I'll hopefully be off of dayquil, I can finally go big again. Hopefully next week is (anticipating) a sharper drop in weight.

Well this weeks weight gain was nothing but my own fault. Had an appointment in Toronto and had eaten ****ty food down there. Ramping up my deficit now to 800 calories gotta get back into the 160s. I’ll hopefully hit 169 by next week. Good luck everyone you are all doing great

Thought I would share mine. weighed in at 260 after Christmas and knew it was time for a change. Started counting my calories, eating less, working out more, and was so happy to step on the scale and see 245 this morning. Gonna keep on grinding, cant wait to get into the 230's again!
**UPDATE** I Hit the 230's WOOHOO, Time go after the 210's... One pound at a time!!

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Sick as a dog. Twice in 10 days now. Theres a food my body cannot take.. i think its eggs. Both times ive had eggs in a breakfast joint where the whites were undercooked. Ive been eating eggs from my own hens for 3 years now.. so yeah.. bloaty and cramps and all the other gastro stuff. Ill weigh in this weekend but i dont think there will be a loss as ive eaten out alot last weekend. Well see!

Good weigh in. I equate the extra drop to being off of DayQuil and back to normal. Been feeling good and cals in check every day. Just lifting as big as I can.

Sounds like eggs to me too dude, I have had this issue for a few years. I used to live on eggs but now I get terrible bloating and irregularity issues if I eat them straight. If i mix some milk into scrambled eggs though I usually get away with it so long as they are thoroughly cooked, also duck eggs seem easier on my stomach.

Not sure what's going on as I dropped my calories since last weigh in, although I have put almost 3cm on my legs in the last 2 weeks and lost the same off my waist I think I'm recomping. No idea why I still haven't dropped weight though as I should be in a deficit.
