No loss this week. I over ate last weekend while at camp (Hot Cheetos, Apple Pie, Oatmeal cookies and 3-4 beers). Gained a few pounds but lost em all during the week as usual. I also upped my carb and calorie intake a little to minimize muscle loss so I expect to lost about 1lbs a week now. I may not have lost any weight but I do feel fuller muscle wise and leaner so that's allright.
Edit lol the new fibre and carb intake is working magic lol i suspect i will be a pound lighter tomorrow lol i went 3 times this morning! Haha NOW i feel leaner!! Hahaha
***editing these numbers.. new scale and my old one was off by over 3lbs!!***

Been sick. Traveled to bay area for work. Got back and was sick. It was actually not awful but I was beyond tired the last 3 days. Usually when I get sick my body fights hard and then says "dude just go sleep 10 hours". Barely stayed awake for the Superbowl. Still weighed in Friday and feel much better today to post. May lift tonight if I feel as good as I do now.

Pretty excited this am! Turns out my new impedance scale is highly accurate in comparison to the InBody test i just took. Weighed in at 185.8lbs and 13.7% bodyfat! My loose skin is hiding a bit of that leanness, however, top abs are starting to shape up. Goal is to lean down to 175-180 or whenever i reach 10% and add some lean muscle mass.
In comparison to my previous InBody Test of 2019-12-20 (which I was at 195lbs and 17.9% BF) the numbers reveal there was 9.3lbs of fat loss and 0.9lbs that was muscle loss in 7 weeks which I am highly happy with!!
