Im in! Bloated from all the holiday food so i expect to lose some quick! Im glad its over. It was harder than i thought it would be. I didnt over do it but all them carbs and sugar has me retaining water like crazy! Plus gym was closed on most days!

I'm in but I'm starting on Monday 6/1/2020 or 1/6/2020 as of right now I'm drunk on JD and coke and the weekend is fast approaching. And I prefer to start on Mondays.

I'm in. Currently 250. Target weight at the end of February is 230.
Agressive cut but I indulged for the holidays so I should lose quite a bit that's waterweight.

I am expecting a lot of water weight loss this week due to the holidays carb-o-palooza. Add to that my gym wasn't open when they were supposed to be this week and I am feeling bloated and weak. Can't wait to get in the gym tonight.

Weight loss stalled in the last 2 weeks as I've had a lot of social events. Including a three day bender in Madrid #mancity

Getting back to it. I started actually 2.5 weeks ago not really tracking weight (yet; but this is a perfect place to do it)... Just my calories and lifting heavy. I'll be doing the same thing for the next 6 months. Trying to stay under 2500 cals. Current weight is massive. But that's been about 50 lbs higher than my bulk from about 4 years ago. Even at 280lb, i had fat but also had some good definition. This will be a great 2 month stare down the barrel of getting my goals reached.
I'll tell you, for those that lost and then regained some... it always takes some motivation. My motivation was actually the realization that I fight tooth and nail for lots of process things. Bill credits, credit card reward advantages, lowering my bills and finding ways to maximize savings... I looked at this and it hit me this is just a natural extension of what I do anyways but in food. If I log and measure what I eat, stick to a better food appreciation, and lose some pounds whilst lifting heavy, I'll not only feel and look better but it will make for a better way of life.
I'll post weight tomorrow on 1/3. Thinking ill be around 330lb which is still about 90lbs too much. My goal is to cut all year. If i can get back to 240lb... Ive gained a good amount of muscle underneath the blubber so I'm ready to actually see how I look. My goal for the year is 90lbs but I will keep going until I drop to a low enough BF to start a slower/lower over maintenance calorie bulk this time. My goal for the next two months is to lose at least 20lbs.
Realistically.... I'm thinking about 250 is doable by the end of the year. 2500 calories for me is probably the equivalent to eating about 1500 for most of you lol. Already adjusted to it and it's what I cut at but it doesn't make it any more fun. Played around with the numbers many years ago and that's what kept me going down. Probably at my current weight I can do a little higher but I'd rather stick with what works.
