I am trying to lose weight I do 1 arm pushups and a semi physical job. I have already lost 30lbs. I want to lose more fat. Any body have ideas to take to work. I am about to try taking chicken and rice with beans. Any help is appreciated

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME. Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
Not much easier in life than losing weight if you have a little willpower. Eat less calories, it's that simple.
