Based on what I’ve read, combining these three factors seems like the ideal trio for stubborn fat (especially lower belly)... any thoughts?

fasted training just shifts fat burning to a different part of the day - does not increase the total
HIIT is not even efficient at burning fat, better at burning glycogen. The EPOC effect is rather overstated.
If Yohimbine can cause additional oxidation, it would just be re-stored if you don't actually burn it off.
In other words, net calorie deficit is the alpha and the omega of fat loss...

Yea, don't get weighed down by supplements for fat loss.
I used fat burners and thinking they were working when I first did a cut years ago..but I was obviously in a deficit and a pretty high one at that. It wasn't the pills and it never will be. Just focus on staying in a sustainable deficit until your progression stalls.I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

As a test a few years back I used a fat burner that we can’t even MENTION here that’s how gnarly it is. I was losing about a pound a week then with this stuff, with all the neat side effects like my heart feeling like it was gonna jump out of my chest I ended up losing .....
about a pound a weekIf you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
