Garage gym standing leg curl options?

Are there any standing leg curls options with a small footprint for a gym with a limited space? Somthing simple that mounts to a wall maybe. I'm missing leg curls the most since getting a garage gym.

Garage gym over here. I use bands for seated/laying/and standing leg curls. Just tie them off to a loaded bar or the rack.

I haven't actually tried that yet to be honest and I do have a couple bands.
I'm also wondering if using my cheap Lat Pulldown would feel OK.

The cheapest dedicated standing leg curl I can find is Westsides

Id get a seated leg extension/curl plate loaded machine, but I've never heard good things.

    Looks like the legend model

Someone bought one of the legend ones within the last two years but cannot find the link. I have used a spud delux strap connected to my adjustable cable column set lowest while laying prone on a flat bench. Works fine but would prefer a stand alone set up.

The spud set up is definitely an option, thank you.

I occasionally utilise the Spud strap for lying leg curls, it's perfectly adequate, but strangely, after experimenting with my Watson leg extension machine I prefer using the leg ext unit to do a modified standing leg curl.

I’ve done them with an ankle strap attached to my low pulley row. Feels pretty good.

I've done them with a band tied off to the rack & it was OK, but the resistance from a band felt weird. I made my own low row set-up-- I stole the design from the Spud 1 and pieces of designs I liked on YouTube--& use that with a Spud Inc. attachment for the foot. Works great, very inexpensive. I tried an ankle cuff, but I like the foot strap better. https://www.spud-inc-straps.com/hamstinger.html

Cant do the volume I want with Nordic Curls.
I have a GHD in my garage, but its just not the same as leg curls for isolation.
Nordic curls are a nice movement for sure though.

Looks like Bells of Steel in making something almost prefect for a small garage gym looking to add leg curls and leg extensions. They better make for 2x3 racks........

You could try the old school iron shoes,i have a pair from Ivanko.
They have a small bar that goes through them to add weight plates on each side also.

If you or your local gyms have a low pulley machine(like on lat pulldown as a secondary option sometimes) and ankle strap available, that might be an option to try.

The cybex kneeling leg curl is a great machine. I superset hip extended (upright) to hip flexed. I also have the magnum selectorized standing leg curl. It is good but would like to replace it with a plate loaded model.

I like the standing backwards over a leg extension idea, gotta try that. Just need something to hold hands against, like a loaded squat rack or stands with barbell on either side of the seat.

This is what I came to suggest. It's the same thing as any independent standing leg curl machine. It's not as good as a lying machine, but it's better than nothing.
I'm a weightlifter, just starting to add some bodybuilding into my training. I'm mostly here for the equipment forum.

I really enjoyed the Tuff Stuff plate load seated leg curl I used to have. Sold it hoping to free up floor space, and have regretted it ever since.
Actually looking for another one to replace it...
