Are there any standing leg curls options with a small footprint for a gym with a limited space? Somthing simple that mounts to a wall maybe. I'm missing leg curls the most since getting a garage gym.

I haven't actually tried that yet to be honest and I do have a couple bands.
I'm also wondering if using my cheap Lat Pulldown would feel OK.
The cheapest dedicated standing leg curl I can find is Westsides

Id get a seated leg extension/curl plate loaded machine, but I've never heard good things.

Looks like the legend model

Someone bought one of the legend ones within the last two years but cannot find the link. I have used a spud delux strap connected to my adjustable cable column set lowest while laying prone on a flat bench. Works fine but would prefer a stand alone set up.I quote with pics. I've done them with a band tied off to the rack & it was OK, but the resistance from a band felt weird. I made my own low row set-up-- I stole the design from the Spud 1 and pieces of designs I liked on YouTube--& use that with a Spud Inc. attachment for the foot. Works great, very inexpensive. I tried an ankle cuff, but I like the foot strap better. https://www.spud-inc-straps.com/hamstinger.html

Looks like Bells of Steel in making something almost prefect for a small garage gym looking to add leg curls and leg extensions. They better make for 2x3 racks........

Titan makes a standing leg curl attachment for T3 racks. Saw it on Amazon for 75 bucks.

If you or your local gyms have a low pulley machine(like on lat pulldown as a secondary option sometimes) and ankle strap available, that might be an option to try.

Cybex Kneeling Leg Curl has a really small footprint if you can find one on the used market: https://www.instagram.com/p/BgjS4sSl..._web_copy_link

I like the standing backwards over a leg extension idea, gotta try that. Just need something to hold hands against, like a loaded squat rack or stands with barbell on either side of the seat.
