Hey guys, I have to meet and talk to a lot of people during my work day, I know I have bad breath most of the time even if I just brusheb my teeth etc. SO in order to feel more confident with it I chew gum before and during the meetings, but I don't want it to mess up fasting. What would you recommend as replacement? Breath freshener spray?

Sugar-free gum, <5 cals per stick. It will not affect your fasting in any way that actually matters.
