    What Parts of My Body Should I focus on?

    Hey, guys. I'm new here. 21, currently pursuing a life of sobriety and healthiness. I have never step foot in a gym.

    Well i dont think you should be focusing on any body part bcs you can't tell what is underdeveloped bcs none of them are really developed. I think you should focus on training your full body equal

    Totally agree. If you bearly start, you should focus on training your full body. Stay consistent, that's the best advice i can give you.

    3 days/week full body and 2 days/week cardio. Get rid of the fat whilst, echoing the words of the guys above, get some muscle packed on every part.
