    Hey guys, I’ve been training for about a year now trying to bulk up.
    Currently 173lbs at 5ft8, started at 152ish.

    I’ve just done my measurements and it seems my belly’s the thing growing most, pretty annoying tbf

    This is when I started left vs a few days ago, I feel bigger but the measurements don’t seem to support.

    Measurements
    30/04/19
    Waist - 33
    Arms - 12
    Chest - 37
    Thighs - 21
    Calf - 13
    Shoulders -
    Neck - 15

    28/12/19

    Waist - 36.5
    Arms - 14 Tense
    Chest - 38.5
    Thighs - 22.5
    Calf - 14
    Shoulders - 17
    Neck - 15

    Training days I’m doing 2900 cals, rest days I’m doing 2500.
    Training 3 times a week, any questions or pointers would be amazing
