so i started going to the gym this summer and i'm starting to think that my biceps look weird.
It's like that on both arms
What i mean by that is that there's a huge space between my shoulder and my bicep ( flexed or not ) and it legit looks bad and i don't know what to do
for my arms i do ez bar curls, hammer curls, concentration curls on the thigh, zottman curls ( sometimes ), normal bicep curls ( while standing ),
cable bicep curls with the bar.
I dont do all of them during one arm day, i switch etc...
i'm 20 btw idk why it says 49
