I’ve been following my body fat, muscle mass, and water percentages daily for about a year now. I work out (strength training) almost daily and have been trying to get in shape.
For the past month my weight, body fat, and water percentages have stayed relatively the same, but my muscle mass % of 47.9% has dropped steadily to 47.3% over the course of the month. I haven’t changed my diet or exercise routine, what could be happening?
