    How to deal with anxiety

    I have been getting it off and on all my life

    I get it mainly the next day after drinking/smoking weed..gonna quit both

    Any of you brahs deal with it ?

    I'm guessing you don't want to take any prescription meds, so I would recommend Meditation and/or natural supplements like Ashwagandha. But Meditation is the chit man.

    Drinking makes it worse the next day. MJ is just putting it off while making you an significantly less efficient version of yourself at best.

    If it's really that bad, go see a psychiatrist and get on some meds. However, be clear from the start that you do not want any meds associated with significant risks for bad side effects or potential dependence issues. Tell them you want to try something low grade in terms of those things and that specifically targets anxiety issues. Do NOT accept being put on some anti-depressents like SSRI's that are duely used to treat anxiety without exercising the much less risky and intrusive meds first.

    Believe it or not, there are a couple meds out there for anxiety that are extremely low risk for sides that can work immensely well with anxiety, without causing all the bullchit that stuff like SSRI's often do like sexual functioning issues. They're far less popular in use even for anxiety because people want a quick asss fix, and Big Pharma is more interested in getting people on life altering anti-depressents even if they could potentially solve their issues with less drastic med options. Inquire about it with a psych and insist that you will only accept the low sides, low risk, anxiety specific meds to start off with before considering going to the next level.

    I don't suffer from it, so I can't necessarily help you from experience. But I know a lot of people with it.

    Just cut out any addictions. Start with getting rid of negative habits before introducing other stuff.

    Stop weed/drinking like you said, stop watching porn, stop masturbating, stop caffeine. Once that is complete, clean up diet, get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, make sure you're getting all vitamins and minerals.

    Now you have a new baseline to start from.

    You're most likely getting the anxiety when your digestion is out of whack. Cut out drinking and smoking for 2 weeks to see if you still get anxiety. If you don't then that's what you need to focus on removing.

    I have found that St Johns Wort works exceptionally well when dealing with anxiety.

    It helps promote a positive mood when dealing with anxiety and extreme stress.

    Take about 1200MG a day with some water.

    In less than a week you will feel like a million bucks.

    It really helps...try it. You can get it at CVS.... Walmart.....Walgreens...Rite Aid.
    It is an over the counter product.

    The Nature Bountys brand is the best imo.

    Definitely quit the weed. That can cause anxiety.
    Just think about it. The drug makes you artificially chill, so when you don't have it, your brain thinks being normal as anxiety. There's like science and stuff to back that up, but you don't need science to tell you that drugs are for losers.
