Fuk brahs... strained the lower right part of my abs last night at the gym.
Was doing standing ab wheel rollouts and hear like a “pop” or “twitch” kinda sound and immediate pain the described part or my abs. I can still contract the muscle and use it’s full power, but it hurts like a mofo. Can’t even sit in bed, cough or sneeze without pain now. God damn, I just stated my cut March 1st.

Took forever, but in the low 190's now. Average of 191 in the mornings. Everything at nipple level and above is looking betterm but I can barely see a difference in my gt. One is with my belly unflexed.

But bro, I am definitely feeling it lol. I hired my friend to handle nutrition since November and he's done a great job of creeping body weight and pushing food without me being a lard.

So far so good. I think I really need to work on my abs. Even at a low bf% they are pretty flat vs full. I tend to neglect them since it's some I would generally do at the end of my lifting. By that time I'm ready to leave and I dont bother. I need to commit to doing them more frequently and consistently. My calves leave something to be desired as well, not sure I'll ever be able to catch that dragon tail.
On an unrelated topic I'm in the middle of some serious house cleaning. I need a maid.USMC 95-2000

How many days are you guys lifting? I was thinking of 4 days/week with a 2 day split. The other 3 days are a mix of yoga and cardio. Also, what is a sample day of eating for someone?

Currently on a four day split, feels good mane. Not too much, not too little. As for eating, there are so many variables to consider when you're on a cut, for me I've been watching my body very closely, not the scale. Adjust calories and cardio based on how you're looking. Some weeks I don't do any cardio because things are looking on track. Other weeks I end up pulling some calories and do a few 30 minute sessions on the good old stair master. This cutting game takes a keen eye and consistency. Hope this helps!
