    again, i'd like to point out that while "random calorie" restaurant meals aren't the best idea, fitting a mcdonalds meal (~1000 calories?) or pizza (~1600 calories?) into your macros is completely fine

    Good intentions and thoughts aside,

    I think this good man needs black and white rules right now. He doesn't have the discipline to navigate the grays. The ship is on red alert and the klingons are firing off the port bow. Black and white rules like this are flexible enough without turning into slippery slopes..they will get him back where he needs to be.
