exercise
can help since it burns some calories, and lifting means the weight loss will be mostly fat. but yeah, exercise won't automatically make anyone lose weight. technically a six-pack is built in the gym and revealed in the kitchen. everyone has abs underneath a layer of fat, but training them probably makes them more prominent
again, i'd like to point out that while "random calorie" restaurant meals aren't the best idea, fitting a mcdonalds meal (~1000 calories?) or pizza (~1600 calories?) into your macros is completely fine
