I just ate green vegetables with 6 oz of chicken and about 18 ounces of pineapples

i ate one of my four boxes of chocolate, some green jelly balls and a chitload of macaroni salad. i had to hold myself back and save some for today too. without counting too much, i'll probably gain 2-3 pounds of fat if i eat them all in the next day or two. seems like a worthy trade-off to me

you are right, pleasures are important, they are great motivators of life and sometimes the trade off of eating 10 thousand calories in a cheat meal can give us a boost-motivator for our every day life. Like the people who eat at Golden Corral all you can eat buffet who eat about 10,000 calories or even more. and the people who take vacation cruise ships, who eat about 10,000 calories a day
