It's great to be here. I've been struggling with health issues for three years which prevented me from hitting the gym. I had absolutely no energy. Thank God that now I am much better and can finally start my journey of wellness. I'm a 48 year old female, mother of a 17 year old daughter who is my life and joy I'm very committed to turning my life around so any help is truly appreciated.
