    Lost and confused

I am decently in shape but I would like to drop the extra body fat and tone up. I am so confused on what supplements to take to help the process while lifting weights.

So far I have seen CLA’s, which look promising. What’s the difference with that and BCAA? Also, whatever I take needs to be stimulate free.

    Any suggestions ?

    Neither
I'd just recommend Ashwagandha, Omega 3's, Whey protein, and Creatine mono.
Plenty of other bulk ingredients like Turmeric IF you aren't getting it from your diet.
Make sure to get adequate water every day and stay on the right track with your Nutrition & Workout!

If you want to lose weight then you should be counting kilocalories. If you are wanting to lose fat then you should be counting macros. 95% of the battle is based off of your diet. I would check out the nutrition forums to get you kicked off on the right foot. As far as the supplements go neither of the ones listed will assist you.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

If using turmeric, you may want to look into forms that absorb better such as hydro-soluble supplement forms.

Dropping bodyweight = limiting your calorie intake. How many calories (all intake counted) do you consume each day? If you don't know, start by tracking everything, every day. www.myfitnesspal.com or www.fitday.com for example

    As for those supplements, neither.

Tone = less fat and/or more muscle. So, for now, focus on losing fat, do that by losing bodyweight (restricted calories) but maintaining muscle (at least 0.7g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day) and resistance training (for example, weight training)
