Strength vs Hypertrophy: What is the best type of training for naturally increasing t

Most studies only compare strength and muscle gains, my main goal is not exactly any of these but the natural increase of testosterone. So what kind of training should I choose?

Natural bodybuilding! Just training hard will naturally raise your testosterone levels.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

All you can really do it exercise regularly and eat a healthy balanced diet and if your T levels were depressed before due to poor lifestyle choices, they will rise back up to their nominal levels.

I don't think you can make them go higher that they would naturally by specially selected exercise types.

Sleep and a healthy diet will do more than any rep set scheme will do.

Did you actually take blood test before and after? Otherwise its all bs.

Exercise has a miniscule effect on free T, almost impossible to measure except in a lab.

30 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Squat, bench, deadlift, row and overhead press. Don't pick a strenuous weight, just something moderate.

That and good sleep + food is all you need to put yourself ahead of the curve.

True, the acute changes in hormones post workout are found to be a nil factor for hypertrophy.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6189473/

These results indicate that intramuscular androgen receptor content, but neither circulating nor intramuscular hormones (or the enzymes regulating their intramuscular production), influence skeletal muscle hypertrophy following RET in previously trained young men.

None of that exercise will effect your hormone levels one bit.
