Routine after time off from injury

Took a year off after a car accident. Im back to 100% now and Dr said I can do whatever I want, just to progress into the weights and start out lighter at first

Should I do full body for a while and then split? Before the accident I was squatting 375 with legs getting their own day but now my max is 135 so full body should be pretty manageable for a while

I don't think how you organise a split is a critical factor regardless of your experience level. Advanced athletes can train multiple bodyparts per day - just need to do less total sets each time so that the weekly totals are about the same... that's what really matters. There is no per-session volume requirement.

But to answer your question, you could try a novice routine and you should crank up your weights pretty quickly and move on to an intermediate routine after a couple of months. Any of the ones in the sticky threads would be fine.
